The above calendar will only work with confirmed numbers as early as possible, by reply to the official email sent out (to registered members) nearer the time of the particular event. Some venues are reliant on a minimum booking and some insist on menu choices, so early confirmation is helpful to avoid having to cancel that particular event …. Please let Jackie know asap ….
